How do you thank someone who’s been so kind and caring to every single one of your needs? How do you repay someone for making you feel loved and appreciated? Why is it that people see other people in a rush or sped up and are so stupid they can’t see something for what it is? The reason? Is because that’s what they WANT to believe! They want to believe you’re spiralling, they want to believe you’re not coping, it works for their agenda of you. Poor mental health is no joke, Jason Ardy is proof of that, Caroline flack, so many more! Any yet so many of you will still try to push a human to that point! It’s a good job (for myself and my children) my skin is so thick tbh because the online trash that I’ve been through over the years on top of what I go through daily would have pushed another person over the edge!

Sometimes life gets heavy. Sometimes you need to step away from the noise, take a breath, pour yourself something nice, put on your favourite robe and remind yourself exactly who the f**k you are.

Take the pictures. Take the bath. Read the book. Put on the sunglasses. Romanticise your own life. Do whatever makes you feel good again.

Because even when you’re going through it… you’re still that b**ch. 👑

Life is hard. It will test you, disappoint you, and sometimes knock the wind right out of you. So when an opportunity to feel happy comes your way — take it. 🌊

Grab life by the horns. Say yes to the little adventures. Chase the sunsets. Put your feet in the sea. Laugh until your stomach hurts. Make the memories.

Because at the end of the day, nobody else is responsible for creating your happiness for you. That part is yours.

So take every little piece of joy you can get. Life is too short not to. 🤍
