Sri Lanka, You Were Pure Magic 🇱🇰☀️

We stayed in the Galle district, in a little coastal town called Ambalangoda—just two hours from Colombo airport. Found the dreamiest beachfront villa, The Summer House, on Airbnb. Fully staffed with a chef and house manager and on site 24hr security , it was perfect for a relaxing family getaway (especially with little ones in tow!).

For the kids:
- Turtle hatchery visits
- Elephant sightings in Bentota
- Alligator safari adventures
- Beach days and temple visits
- Surf lessons in Hikkaduwa

For the adults:
- Dinner dates in Galle Fort
- Daily Ayurvedic treatments
- A quick stop at the natural silk factory (got the most beautiful pieces)
- actually managed daily beach runs to start the day( I know i surprised myself too)

It was the kind of trip that fills your cup and leaves you wanting more. Until next time, Sri Lanka 🌊💛

Wrapping Up December with Gratitude

A special shoutout to .ae for adding a touch of delicious elegance to Christmas Day with the most stunning cheese board. It truly made the day extra memorable (and tasty!).

Behind the Scenes at Crunchmoms Summit 2024

Being the MC for two days was an honor—but like many parents, I had to juggle my role with the unexpected. Just as I was about to go on stage, my heart dropped when I got that dreaded call from the school. Every parent knows it—the moment you hear your child isn’t feeling well and suddenly, work and home life collide. Cue the village rallying into action!
