⚡Our latest episode is with Gautam Goenka and Rashmi Kotriwala - two of the founders of The Junction - Dubai’s go-to destination for all things theatre!🎭

Since they started in 2015, they have staged over 500 plays, performed by over a 1000 actors which have been enjoyed by over 100,000 audience members. From opening the doors of The Junction literally when there were no doors to open to playing official hosts to the world’s largest theatre festival, their story could inspire a screenplay itself. A financial exec, a teacher, a trainer – united by an undying passion for theatre that drives them to continue to grow the theatre community in Dubai and bring out the actor in everyone!

A life skills workshop by our featured podcast guest - lifecoach Maria Tansey - was up for grabs as her Dare To Dream contest & it was the wonderful team at The Healthy Home which had the opportunity to spend an afternoon together with Maria working on mindfulness and empowerment.

We talked about limiting beliefs, teamwork, personal goals and we also did some meditation exercises thanks to 🙏🏼

Its safe to say that EVERYONE left feeling lighter, rejuvenated, energised and ready to achieve their professional & personal goals!🙌🏼
