𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗬 𝗕𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗨𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗥𝗖𝗛?

"𝗜 𝗔𝗠 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗠!” ??

One of the deadliest cancers in the church is the quiet whisper of pride: “I am better than you.”

It starts small but once you listen, your heart begins to rot.

It turns into thoughts like:
“I sing better. I preach better. I lead better. I pray better. I worship better. I’m more anointed. I’m more spiritual.”

Until ministry becomes nothing but a mirror — and all you see is you.

Hear this:
The moment you think you’re the “best” in the room, you become the biggest problem in the room.

You think you’re spiritual?
Pride is demonic.

You think you’re irreplaceable? The graveyard is full of replacements.

The church isn’t dying because Satan is strong … It’s dying because Christians are proud.

Some won’t worship unless they lead.
Some won’t serve unless they’re seen.
Some won’t grow because they think they’re already great.

Comparison kills calling.
Competition kills unity.
Pride kills churches.

If God exposed your heart today, would He see a servant or a performer?

Philippians 2:3 warns us:
“Do nothing through strife or vainglory … in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.”

But many live like:
“Do everything so others notice you.”

James 4:6 is stronger:
“God resisteth the proud …”
Meaning — you’re not fighting the devil.
God is resisting YOU.
Lucifer fell because he thought he was “better.”
Jesus, God in flesh chose a towel, not a throne.

The church doesn’t need more “gifted” people.
It needs humble, broken people who say: “I am nothing. Christ is everything.”

Lord, deliver us from the “I’m Better Than You” disease.
Break our pride before our pride breaks Your church.
Let only JESUS be seen.

To God be all the Glory
