Looking for a Filipina Female Receptionist to Join Our Team at Chaps & Co Barbershop!
About Us:
Chaps & Co is a modern British barbershop and one of the top barbershops in the UAE. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and top-quality grooming experiences. We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and help create a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
-Manage appointment bookings via phone, online (Fresha), and in-person.
-Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
-Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
-Coordinate with barbers and staff to manage schedules efficiently.
-Address customer complaints professionally or direct them to the appropriate team member.
-Keep track of inventory and supplies (if required).
Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist (preferably in a barbershop or salon).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in using the Fresha system (or willingness to learn).
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic knowledge of cash handling and booking systems.
-Fluent in English.
-Presentable and professional appearance.
