Mobility isn’t the same as flexibility. ⚠️
Static stretching only increases tolerance, not strength. Mobility training builds control, coordination, and usable range (Kay & Blazevich, 2012).

Static stretching can reduce your power output by up to 5% (Behm et al., 2016).
Swap it for dynamic warm-ups — they activate muscles instead of relaxing them.
