Originally emerging from Fast Forward Productions and now co-founder of the infamous Berlin’s MALA JUNTA , he has become renowned for his marathon performances and legendary closings at iconic clubs such as Bassiani, Basement, and Fold, while also collaborating with institutions like Berghain. THIS WEEK ART HUB → on site Prints + Projections → a dedicated visual experimentation area where we delve deeper into the intersection of sound, art, and design.

This seventh takeover is by creative technologist Mrinal presenting Hyperstitional Temples — an installation of graphic prints and generative moving images. Drawing from speculative architecture, digital infrastructure, and computational systems, the work imagines monuments that blur the line between simulation and history.

As digital infrastructure expands beyond its functional role, Hyperstitional Temples explores how technical systems become sites of mythology and memory. Server halls emerge as imagined archaeological ruins, while computational logic evolves into a new visual cosmology, where infrastructure takes on cultural and symbolic meaning.

For our twenty seventh episode of Secta Sessions we are hosting Ri . Raised in the Middle East and London based, she’s a multifaceted artist with a genderless approach to sound that can deliver anything from bouncy psychedelic techno, angelic trance, progressive house, and traditional sounds from her roots. Resident at FOLD Refuge Worldwide and more, she possesses a natural flair for engaging diverse communities both on and off the dancefloor, with a fearless approach to addressing socio-political causes she believes in, becoming an essential figure in the London music scene.

In this set, Riva delivers a powerful eclectic mix, heavily infused with hardgroove and breaky picks, matching fully our ghetto stage program at Secta. Tune in and enjoy this high quality mix by Riva :)

This Saturday we are excited to host yet another amazing upcoming producer and live artist ☻ Human Safari is one of the most exciting emerging names known for his jazzy techno infused tracks, he blends jazz improvisation with techno and incorporating live instrumental elements into his performances.

His releases are on major labels already like In Order To Dance mutual_rytm + Glitch Festival resident, and left behind last year a stellar live set at The Third Room Stone Techno Festival. Already present in major clubs like Fold, and RSO, we are expecting nothing less than an incredible debut at Secta this July along side our residents + some ROOM 2 vinyl goodness.

THIS WEEK ART HUB → on site 360 installation + Projections → a dedicated visual experimentation area where we delve deeper into the intersection of sound, art, and design.

This fourth takeover is by Emirati fashion designer Mohamed محمد , presenting C.H.U.D and Fo!d: The Breakout — an installation blending sculpture, costume, and speculative world-building. Drawing from Emirati culture through the lens of Gen Z internet culture, memes, and digital folklore, the work explores how digital identities persist beyond the platforms that created them.

Set in the year 2090, the installation follows two meme miners preserving internet culture as memes evolve from fleeting online content into cultural artifacts. Through fashion, sculpture, and internet mythology, the work reflects on online folklore, collective memory, and the ever-shifting meanings shaped by repetition, reinterpretation, and memetic warfare.

This Saturday, we are back to our summer indoor parking space fully Sectyfied with our special sound & light install that will be home for the next months.

We are excited to expand to takeover 2 rooms for our community with tone of space to dance, walk around, hang out, let go and be together. We appreciate the support to our small team, that as always works really hard to create such spaces and will welcome amazing artists throughout our summer program ☻

We are well into Final Release now, don’t miss this steamy summer night together ☻ A reminder — we cultivate a healthy & meaningful alternative scene hence we have always door policy / selection applied
