REVIEW: EASYTRUCK - HOUSE MOVE!
Letโs be honest, moving house is never a walk in the park โ especially when youโve got little ones, pets and what feels like a million boxes. ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ง
But our recent move with Easytruck? Genuinely a breath of fresh air.
From the very first phone call to the last box unpacked, everything was organised, calm and totally family-friendly. Even with the usual chaos, it all felt under control (which, as any mum knows, is nothing short of a miracle). ๐
Mel was my first point of contact and couldnโt have been lovelier โ she quickly set up a call with Ben.
Ben was absolutely brilliant from the get-go: friendly, clear and so easy to chat to. He had loads of advice and tips on that first call, and it all felt effortless. ๐
A couple of days later, Atif, Head of Operations popped round for a super quick home survey, figured out exactly what we needed, and by the next day, packing supplies were at our door for any personal items we wanted to pack ourselves. We knew we were in safe hands from the start. โ๏ธ๐ฆ
Moving day itself was, dare I say it, surprisingly calm. ๐ The team worked quickly, everything labelled, kept us in the loop and even planned around our dogs so the day ran smoothly. ๐พ
At the new house, they didnโt just put the "spare boxes" in random rooms (especially helpful as weโd downsized and not everything had a direct room match).
Instead, they checked with me where I wanted things, placed everything thoughtfully and kept the momentum going. It made such a difference.
The boxes weโd packed ourselves were labelled first thing in the morning and left for us to unpack at the end, so there was no confusion or mishaps โ absolutely seamless. ๐ซ
Another bonus โ they packed everything into crates, which made the whole process more efficient and meant far less waste from cardboard boxes and tape. โป๏ธ๐
We also used the handyman add-on and honestly, itโs worth its weight in gold. ๐ ๏ธ Curtains, lights, TV brackets, wall dรฉcor were all sorted that same day. It meant we could actually settle in, instead of tripping over tools for a week (been there, done that!). ๐กโจ
And the personal touch? A Freedom Pizza voucher emailed after the move which was a massive hit with the whole family because honestly, who is cooking on moving day? Not me! ๐๐
Would I recommend Easytruck? Absolutely.
Theyโre professional, family-focused, efficient and somehow manage to make what should be the most stressful day feel totally manageable and supported. ๐
