How exciting to be part of the webinar with yesterday!
As users shift from traditional keyword searches to AI-powered prompting, libraries have a unique opportunity to lead this "great disruption".

Kamran, Rodrigo and Lisette shared how Zendy AI solutions can maximise the discoverability of your trusted resources by using Zendy AI Discovery

4 Key Takeaways for library leaders and researchers:
- Zendy AI Discovery is a Guided, Intelligent Discovery. It moves beyond simple keywords and understands user intent and context, acting as a "research partner". Initial findings show that it can reduce the time spent finding relevant research by up to 80%
- Our autonomous analytical model can screen, deduplicate, and synthesize reports from relevant papers, providing a thorough deep research and understanding of a topic in minutes.
- We prioritize research integrity. Stay ahead of the curve with an integrated feature that automatically flags retracted articles in your search results to ensure your research stays trusted and safe.
- A Seamless & Secure Integration. Implementation is as simple as adding a few lines of code to your existing library home page. Zendy AI Discovery is publisher-agnostic and requires no data storage/handover. Libraries have full control through an admin portal.

We believe that AI is not here to replace the human element; working with AI actually supports the library in finding more time for coaching, critical thinking, and teaching by handling some of the heavy lift for library teams.

If you would like to explore how AI can support your library and improve discovery, streamline research discovery and review, and help your institution to maximise the value of your existing collections, feel free to contact us directly [email protected] or reach out to your Knowledge E representative.

🌍 Earth Day 2026: Our Power, Our Planet 🌱

Sustainability a mindset fueled by collective action. Under this year’s theme, "Our Power, Our Planet," we are reminded that the real strength to protect our environment lies in the choices we make as a community.

Whether it’s advocating for Open Science, improving the quality of education or supporting regional biodiversity through mangrove restoration, our team is committed to making a tangible difference for SDG 13: Climate Action.

📢 Stay Tuned! The conversation doesn't end today. We are excited to announce a special Sustainability Panel coming this May. We’ll be bringing together experts to discuss how we can further drive environmental excellence amongst the other SDG goals, through literacy.

Together, we can build a more resilient and sustainable world. How are you using your power for the planet today? 🌎💚

Our Founder and CEO, Kamran Kardan, came back feeling inspired from attending ASU+GSV summit, joining global leaders in education, innovation, and technology to explore what’s next for learning in an AI-driven world.

We'll highlight a few takeaways that resonated with us: Responsible AI is successful AI, Rajen Sheth, CEO at Kyron Learning, used examples from enterprise implementations and how education can learn from that to explain what he sees as successful AI. At Knowledge E it means, as AI becomes more embedded in research, education, and knowledge dissemination, that success won’t be defined by speed or scale alone. It's defined by trust, transparency, and meaningful impact and by the choices we make. The right choices will create systems that are accurate, ethical, and aligned with the needs of the communities they serve., because those choices impact knowledge access and academic integrity.

Another powerful insight came from Anton Pavlovsky, CEO of Headway, who noted that in the next 5–10 years, AI literacy will no longer be a differentiator - it will be the norm. At Knowledge E we see this shift already as conversations move towards 'how do we use AI well'. We see that this places even greater responsibility on organisations like ours and we are honoured to carry it. If everyone is AI-literate, the real value lies in how thoughtfully AI is applied; how it supports researchers, empowers institutions, and strengthens the global exchange of knowledge.

As Philip Mayer, President and CEO, McGrawHill mentioned and we couldn’t have said it better, in essence it’s not about AI, but about solving challenges and making things easier for our users.

Listening to many sessions in the past days, we can only conclude that AI will soon be everywhere. What will make it matter is the level of responsibility we all take to implement it successfully.
