1. How much you make – Sharing your salary or income invites unnecessary envy, sc@ms, or even targeted fraůụ̀d. Keep your finances off the internet.

2. Your actual source of income – Revealing too much detail about your money sources can make you a target for h@ckers, fraůűdsters, or even people close to you with wrong intentions.

3. Your children – Protect their privacy and safety. Let them decide to share about themselves when they are old enough to make that choice.

4. Your location in real time – Posting “I’m here right now” gives strangers information about your movements. It can expose you to theft or personal d@nger.

5. Your house location – Don’t post your address or show detailed images of your home’s surroundings. Criimiinals can use this information easily.

6. Travel plans – Announcing when you’re leaving home or going on a trip can alert burglars that your house will be empty. Share the photos after you return.

7. Sensitive documents – IDs, bank cards, flight tickets, and contracts should never be shown online. Sc@mmers only need a glimpse to cause damage.

8. Conflicts or private family matters – airing personal issues online may feel like relief in the moment, but it leaves a permanent trail that can affect your reputation later.

Bottom line: Social media is not your diary. Share moments, not your private life. Protect yourself and your family by thinking twice before posting.

Debt is a dream-killer.

Before I even graduated college, I had over $30,000 in credit card and student loan debt.

I was on a path to financial ruin before my career even started.

Debt doesn’t just cost you interest — it robs you of freedom and options.

The faster you get rid of it, the faster you can build real wealth.

it my 33rd birthday . Here are 33 lessons I've learned this year - thank you for all the kind messages 👇🏾❤️

1. Success is rarely about doing more - it’s about deleting what doesn’t matter.
2. The people you love will always be your best investment.
3. Failure isn’t the opposite of success - it’s the tuition fee.
4. Your biggest opportunities will show up dressed as problems.
5. Growth feels a lot like loss at first.
6. The first thought you have is often the truest. Trust it more.
7. Your health is the foundation under every ambition. Without it, nothing stands.
8. Anger is often just fear in disguise.
9. Discipline is easier than regret.
10. You become unstoppable the day embarrassment stops being a price you fear.
11. Most arguments are two people defending their childhood wound.
12. Confidence is just keeping promises to yourself.
13. There’s no such thing as balance - only priorities.
14. If you want to know what someone values, look at their calendar.
15. Hard conversations compound like investments. Avoiding them compounds like illness.
16. The person you marry is the most important career decision you’ll ever make.
17. Regret is always louder than rejection.
18. Don’t just chase goals. Chase environments that make those goals inevitable.
19. If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it deeply
20. The people who win are the ones who can suffer boredom.
21. Your childhood is an explanation, not a justification.
22. Most timeframes and delays people give you are fake - it's just "how it's always been done". Your job is to push on them to see if they're made of concrete or paper.
23. The most talented person rarely wins. The most consistent one does.
24. If it costs your peace, it’s too expensive.
25. Do not let the internet tell you how hard you should or shouldn't work.
26. You don’t rise to your goals. You fall to your systems.
27. Your energy introduces you before your words do. Get right with yourself.
28. Great work is just good work repeated. Be consistent, not perfect.
29. Protecting your time is the highest form of self-care and self-respect.
30. Everything is figure-out-able if you’re willing to look stupid.
31. Fear shrinks when you move toward it.
32. If you can’t change it, change how you see it.
33. Mind your own business.

My biggest goal this year is honestly to say NO to more things - to do less in all aspects of my life so that I can do a few things better, with more focus and intention rather than spreading myself too thinly across too many thing.

Which is going to ultimately let a lot of people down - but I find if you don't develop the muscle of disappointing others - you'll eventually disappoint yourself.

Depth over breadth, quality over quantity, and meaningful progress over busyness.

Thank you for all the kind messages! Here's to year 33 👊🏾❤️

Don't base your decisions on the advice of those who don't have to deal with the results.

It’s dangerous to use someone else's map of reality to navigate yours.

Think of this before you implement any advice.

Share this with someone who needs to hear this 🙌

I really love this proverb:
“If you realize you got on the wrong train, get off at the very next stop — because the farther it goes, the higher the price to come.
