Suite à la compilation des résultats donnés au sortir des urnes et rendus publics par ELECAM le soir du 12 octobre, compilés par nos soins sur un échantillon des 18 départements constituant 80 % de l'électorat camerounais, celui donné vainqueur avec près de 54,8 % contre 31,3 % est S.E. M. Issa Tchiroma Bakary. Le peuple peut désormais fêter sa victoire car nous avons gagné.

On ne négocie pas la liberté d'un peuple qui souffre, c'est moi qui vous tends la main, prenez-la pour une transition apaisée.

Je m'adresserai à vous dans quelques instants.

Que madame Zouhaira repose en paix, mes condoléances à sa famille, quand on s'accroche au pouvoir au prix des vies et de l'oppression, ça ne finit jamais bien...

Following the compilation of the results announced by ELECAM on the evening of October 12 and verified by us on a sample covering 18 departments representing 80% of the Cameroonian electorate, the declared winner with 54.8% against 31.3% is H.E. Mr. Issa Tchiroma Bakary. The people can now celebrate their victory, for we have won.

The freedom of a people that is awakening cannot be negotiated. It is I who extend my hand to you—take it for a peaceful transition.

I will address you in a few moments.
