مصر تفتح أبواب المجد من جديد
اليوم، يشهد العالم حدثًا استثنائيًا في قلب الحضارة الإنسانية، افتتاح المتحف المصري الكبير ، أضخم متحف أثري في العالم، على أرض الأهرامات، حيث يتلاقى الماضي العريق مع الحاضر المشرق.

Emaar’s real estate performance in H1 2025

emaardubai delivered impressive results in H1 2025, with total real estate sales reaching AED 46 billion (USD 12.5 billion), marking a 46% growth year-on-year. Cumulative sales of projects under development surged 62% to AED 146.3 billion (USD 39.8 billion).

They launched 25 new projects, with 125 projects under construction totaling 43,951 units, and delivered 159 projects with 61,360 units. Major developments include The Oasis, Heights Country Club & Resort, Grand Polo Resort, and Dubai Creek New District.

The geographical focus includes Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Harbour, and Emaar South.
