MASSIVE FIRE ERUPTS AT FUEL DEPOT IN IRAN

Eyewitness footage released on Sunday (March 8) shows a huge blaze engulfing the Aqdasieh fuel depot in Tehran after reported Israeli strikes targeted several fuel storage facilities in the Iranian capital.

Towering flames and thick smoke were seen rising over the city as emergency crews rushed to contain the fire.

A plume of smoke was spotted near the Dubai Creek area close to Dubai International Airport on Saturday (March 7). The sighting happened shortly before Emirates briefly suspended flights to and from Dubai.

Authorities in Dubai confirmed that debris had fallen in the area following an interception. The video’s date was verified using metadata from the original file.

Emirates, the UAE’s national carrier, had been operating limited flights through designated safe air corridors from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Flight operations were paused for a short period but resumed in less than an hour.

Meanwhile, Iran’s president, Masoud Pezeshkian, announced that the country’s temporary leadership council approved the suspension of attacks on neighboring nations unless Iran itself is attacked.

“KAHIT PAPANO, NAPATUNAYANG MAASAHAN ANG MGA BOLLARD”

Ibinahagi ni Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto ang isang larawan mula sa isang page na nagpapakita ng isang sasakyang halos wasak matapos sumalpok sa mga bollard.

Sa nasabing post, pinuri ang maayos at tamang pagkakagawa ng mga bollard sa Pasig, na ayon sa kanila ay nagsisilbing mabisang proteksyon para sa mga naglalakad kapag tama ang disenyo at pagkakabit.

Aminado naman si Sotto na may mga sandaling nag-aalala siya kung may mga proyekto ng lokal na pamahalaan na posibleng hindi pasado sa kalidad. “Hindi naman ako engineer bilang alkalde, kaya limitado ang aking kakayahan at kailangan kong umasa sa mga taong mas may alam,” ani niya sa kanyang Facebook post.
