The factory was set by J and K govt for leather and fur tanning in Shaikh Abdullah 's rule but as usual govt could not run it subsequently it was leased to a well known FURRIERS LATE HAJI GHULAM AHAMAD DAR (DAR SONS) popularly known as AAMA DAR . in 1975.

This man was having showroom in Delhi and was exporter of fur and leather those days.After sometime.the factory was closed and matter was over.

: Here traders offer a record entry fee In fact every country has a different style of promoting their client foot fall.

: Here they pay entry fee per head for their promotion but it has to be within their understanding for the best results.In Dubai Kashmiris are worst sufferers due the problem mentioned above.

Kashmiris are loosing their business due their non co operation with each other even a competition within.That has an impact on their business itself. It is a proven fact Kashmiris are spoiling themselves instead of making right decision by coordination and understanding eachother.

It has been observed that Chinese, Vietnam and Rassians are following each other to keep their business in tact by offering almost similar entry fees while as Kashmiris are divided unfortunately.
