“I don’t have time to post content”
That’s the first thing I hear when I’m in a discovery meeting with CEOs or founders of a well-established companies. And honestly? They’re right.
Leaders barely have a minute to spare between running
a business, managing teams, and making big decisions.
But here’s the thing: branding isn’t about finding extra time, it’s about using the right strategy.
So, I share three simple tips with them:
1️⃣ Be visible. If you’re not showing up, you’re missing out. Post, engage, and let people see the real you.
2️⃣ Be valuable. Share insights, tell stories, and make your audience feel like they’re gaining something from your presence.
3️⃣ Be consistent. One viral post won’t build a brand—steady, meaningful content will.
And that’s when the lightbulb moment happens.
They realise it’s not about doing more,
it’s about doing it smarter.
The right content strategy doesn’t add to their workload,
it amplifies their presence while they focus on what they do best.
