In this issue, we close out the year by spotlighting the people, places, and ideas defining the Middle East’s culinary and hospitality landscape. From the standout achievements of F&B’s Finest, honouring the chefs, restaurants, bar teams, innovators and rising talents who shaped 2025, to Seychelles’ quiet, transformative beauty through Constance Ephelia and Constance Lemuria (), this month’s stories reflect hospitality at its most intentional and human.

We explore Dubai’s shift toward experience-led luxury in Luxury Hospitality Outlook 2026, where immersion, authenticity and design shape a new era of high-end travel. Elsewhere, we examine the pastry philosophy of Ines Chatti (.patisserie) , go behind the scenes of PATRÓN’s La Hacienda at Sole DXB (), and highlight the restaurants and leaders redefining excellence across the region.

Across every page runs a shared theme: intention. Whether expressed through meaningful simplicity, design-led spaces, or the discipline behind flawless service, this issue captures an industry evolving with clarity, purpose and emotional resonance.

Here’s to the ideas, collaborations, and creative forces shaping hospitality’s next chapter, and to closing 2025 with pride, progress, and momentum.

In this issue, we capture the rhythm of a region in motion, from the UAE’s $6 billion investment into Africa’s tourism future to the Gulf’s unified vision for cruise growth. As partnerships deepen and borders blur, the conversation around hospitality’s role in shaping economies, culture, and connection has never been more powerful.

At the heart of it all stands Natasha Sideris, the creative force behind Tashas Group (), whose story of precision, passion, and purpose defines this month’s cover. Elsewhere, we step inside ME Dubai by Meliá (), a living monument to Zaha Hadid’s legacy, explore why flexible work may be hospitality’s most valuable asset, and revisit FHS World 2025 () , a 20-year milestone celebrating innovation and excellence across global tourism.

Across every page runs a shared pulse: ambition. Whether in design, leadership, or the quiet grace of service perfected through repetition, hospitality continues to evolve, braver, smarter, and more interconnected than ever before.

Here’s to the people, partnerships, and possibilities driving the industry’s next great chapter.
