In a world of fleeting trends and over-edited content, one chef is doing things differently, authentically.

Meet Husen Fayad (), the Jnoubi soul behind those heartwarming Lebanese recipe videos you’ve probably saved, shared, or even tried to recreate. From hand-rolled kebbeh to towering wara2 3enab, his dishes aren’t just beautiful, they’re stories.

His journey took him from South Lebanon to Le Cordon Bleu Paris, but his roots called him back, not just to cook, but to preserve tradition and share it with the world.

“I don’t overproduce or complicate things. I show food the way I would make it at home. Food is emotional, and that’s what people connect to.”

Instead of chasing stars in foreign kitchens, Husen chose to elevate Lebanese cuisine at home, using modern techniques to make it shine while staying true to its soul.
