Step into yet another gastronomic adventure as we indulge in the renowned burgers at DF Cafe in Muwailah, Sharjah.

For our order, we selected:

Cheeseburger: At DF Cafe, this is no run-of-the-mill cheeseburger. Their claim of using the finest Angus beef caught our attention as burger enthusiasts. The taste was a delightful surprise – incredibly juicy, and the burger sauces were a symphony of flavors that truly impressed us.

The Chicken Nashville burger is celebrated for its uniquely spicy and tangy taste. True to its reputation, the burger delivered an impressive level of spiciness, and the chicken's quality was noteworthy. It was expertly fried to achieve a crispy exterior and a juicy interior. If you're up for a fiery experience, this is a must-try.

We also indulged in their loaded fries, a definite must-try alongside the burgers. The fries were flawlessly cooked, and the toppings provided a delightful medley of flavors that were both creamy and fresh. The addition of fried chicken chunks and Jalapeño turned it into a substantial meal of its own.

Our admiration for the burgers was profound. Despite being enticed by the Honey Butter Burger, my fullness prevented me from enjoying it entirely. However, I couldn't resist requesting a bite of the burger, and that experience was enough to win me over. The flavors were a sensational combination of sweet, tangy, and spicy that burst into my mouth, creating a truly remarkable taste.

Finally, to wrap up our experience, they pleasantly surprised us with their trending Tacos. These Tacos were an absolute delight, oozing with cheese, succulent chicken, and a fantastic spicy sauce. Believe me when I say, we wholeheartedly endorse trying their Tacos for an exceptional culinary adventure.

In summary, our burger journey was truly delightful. Their service was commendable, and being a takeaway cafe, it's convenient to savor your favorite burgers either in your car or at home. Parking is readily available at this establishment.

But the surprises didn't stop there! An assortment of seasonal fruits arranged artistically into a refreshing fruit chart was presented to us. The burst of colors and the sweetness of the fruits complemented the hearty Nihari and refreshed our palates.

Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were introduced to the pièce de résistance - his mouthwatering Korma! This aromatic dish featured succulent pieces of tender meat simmered in a velvety gravy, enriched with a harmonious blend of spices, and served alongside fluffy steamed rice.

I ATE RAW MEAT!
Kibbeh Nayeh, a traditional Middle Eastern delicacy, is loved by locals and holds a rich heritage. This raw meat dish is crafted from finely ground raw lamb or beef, combined with bulgur wheat, aromatic spices, and herbs, resulting in a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

During our visit to Dyar Al-Sham, we were delighted to savor a dish that had been meticulously prepared. The finely minced meat blended harmoniously with a delightful medley of spices, while the addition of fresh herbs like mint, parsley, and onions provided a refreshing and vibrant touch to the dish. The final touch of walnuts on top further elevated its overall appeal, making it a truly delightful culinary experience.

As a must-order item and our all-time favorite, we decided to indulge in the delightful flavors of hummus and Baba ganoush on the side. Trust me when I say, it was one of the best side dishes we've ever had!

While Kibbeh Nayeh may not be for everyone due to its raw nature, those who appreciate its cultural significance and unique taste find it to be a delightful and unforgettable culinary experience. since we are open to exploring diverse cuisines, we were eager to give this a try.
As South Asians, we might find the idea of eating raw meat a bit unusual, but I must say, it wasn't as weird as I expected. The preparation was done so skillfully that you couldn't even tell it was uncooked.

Indulging in Middle Eastern cuisine wouldn't be complete without savoring their delectable sweets. The perfect finale to our meal was the delightful experience of relishing Turkish coffee accompanied by delicious Syrian halwa sweets.
