As millennials, we have a profound passion for food and a genuine curiosity to explore diverse culinary traditions. We firmly believe that through the exploration of food, we also delve into the richness of various cultures. Allow us to introduce ourselves: we are Raheel and Irfan, who were raised in the United Arab Emirates, a melting pot of over 200 nationalities. Living in such a multicultural environment has granted us the privilege of experiencing a wide array of cuisines. Raheel, born in Tripoli, Libya, holds a deep affection for Maghrebi food (North African cuisine). On the other hand, Irfan, born in Dubai, initially developed a fondness for Desi cuisine but has since expanded his culinary horizons to explore the delights of Levantine cuisine.
