Job Summary
Da Atal Baria is a professional customer-support and coordination company providing remote service assistance for international clients.
We are looking for Call Center Agents with strong English communication skills to handle calls, schedule appointments, and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
This position requires excellent English fluency, customer-service experience, and the ability to work night shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer and make phone calls to customers about service inquiries and appointments.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with our service teams.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.
Record customer information and call notes in the company system.
Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
Maintain a positive attitude and follow communication guidelines.
Report daily performance updates to the team leader or supervisor.
Job Requirements
Excellent English speaking and listening skills (clear accent preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
Typing speed and accuracy for recording information.
Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
Must be disciplined, punctual, and able to work night shift Position.
