A 30-year-old male presented with persistent instability of the left knee, six months following a motorcycle-related road traffic accident. The patient had sustained ipsilateral femoral and tibial shaft fractures, which were treated with intramedullary nail fixation at the time of injury.

On current evaluation, the patient complained of giving-way episodes and difficulty with weight-bearing activities. Clinical examination demonstrated positive anterior and posterior drawer tests, indicating combined cruciate ligament insufficiency.

Diagnostic arthroscopy confirmed a complete anterior cruciate ligament tear with a severely attenuated and functionally incompetent posterior cruciate ligament.

The patient is planned for arthroscopic single-stage ligament reconstruction: ACL reconstruction using semitendinosus–gracilis autograft and PCL reconstruction using peroneus longus tendon autograft.

‏‎وقتي اراده، دانش و تجربه كنار هم قرار مي گيرند، هر ناممكني ممكن مي شود. آخرين کار ما که توسط استاد محترم جناب پروفیسور دوکتور ایمل وردک و تیم کاری ما چند روز قبل انجام شد. به لطف الله"ج" و تلاش پيگير توانستیم كه يكي از پيچيده ترين عمليات ها را موفقانه انجام داده و يك انسان را براي برگشت به سمت يك زندگي سالم كمك کنیم.
‏‎مريضي كه از يك حالت پيشرفته تومور استخوان (Osteosarcoma) رنج مي برد و در وخيم ترين حالت قرار داشت، بعد از تكميل مراحل تشخيص به صورت موفقانه عمليات شد. اين عمليات به شیوه مدرن و عالی یعنی تطبیق میگا پروستیز یا Tumor Prosthesis به شیوه مدرن اجرا شد شد و مريض بدون هيچ عوارض جانبي به سمت تندرستي و فرداي بهتر قدم برداشت.
