Sherbimi Meteorologjik Ushtarak (SHMU) pjese e Forcave te Armatosura prej vitit 1955. Stacionet Meteorologjike te rrjetit te SHMU ne vitin 1957 regjistrohen ne Organizaten Boterore te Meteorologjise. Te dhenat meteorologjike te regjistruara ne keto stacione transmetohen ne Sistemin Global te Transmetimit.
Misioni:Te mbeshtese me informacion te sakte meteorologjik ne kohe 24/24 , Forcat e Armatosura, Emergjencat Civile dhe Komunitetin.
