We are a video marketing and animation production company specializing in creating video explainers, app/web tutorials, logo animations, social media promo videos, web animations.
With our unique video solutions, we help our worldwide customers to introduce their products and services. We also make UI animations for mobile apps and websites in any size and format appropriate to web standards.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱
We are looking for a senior project manager to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate is able to overcome ambiguity, anticipate customer needs, and develop strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
They should enjoy working in a team, but they can also work autonomously on numerous projects without much direction.
Practical, strategic, and efficient, the right candidate would be someone who wants to independently start multiple competing tasks at the same time within a job, ensuring on-time delivery of products, prioritizing requests, and meeting budget without compromising quality.
✅ Lead the day-to-day management and ex*****on of creative projects from conception and design to development and implementation working directly with the client.
✅ Prioritize project deliverables and ex*****on in collaboration with a cross-functional, global team.
✅ Grow and nurture client relationships with top-notch customer service and a solutions-oriented approach.
✅ Work closely with Director to support overall tracking, billing, and budget management.
✅ Collaborate with the team to find process improvements to improve the team’s efficiency.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
✅ Must feel comfortable overseeing the project from the pre-production stage through post-production, including weighing in on production elements, reviewing edits, and providing feedback throughout the process.
✅ Must understand how to build budgets and creatively manage a project within that budget.
✅ Deep understanding of the necessary steps in video production to tell a compelling story.
✅ Familiar with the types of videos that are effective in online and social media channels.
✅ Proficient in the operation and advanced knowledge in professional video and photo equipment.
✅ Ability to juggle a wide variety of projects and work with varying production styles.
✅ Superior client service skills and the ability to function well within a team environment.
✅ Availability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends, if necessary, to meet a deadline.
