Her dance training is extensive and diverse. She studied Tango in Buenos Aires, the birthplace of the dance, and also pursued contemporary dance in London. Her academic achievements include a university degree in Dance and two Masters from England’s most prestigious universities—Laban Conservatory of Dance and Music, and Goldsmiths University.

She first fell in love with Tango in 1995 and quickly became one of the leading figures in the dance community. From 1997 to 2019, Bianca was a key figure in London’s Tango scene, where she founded the highly regarded Rojo y Negro Tango school in 2000 which became a cornerstone of London’s Tango community.
