This week Yerevan Wine Days / Երևանի Գինու Օրեր turns 10.

What began in 2017 as twenty-five winemakers on a single street is now close to a hundred wineries, more than a thousand wines, and around 180,000 visitors, two in five of them from abroad. Behind the street party sits a serious export engine: a meeting point where small producers find importers, buyers, and new markets.

That work matters more this year, as Armenia looks to diversify where its wine and brandy are sold.
The festival this year is something larger than a celebration: a quiet instrument of soft power.
