Food DOs and DON'Ts.

DOs:
Maintain Hygiene: Wash your hands & clean as you cook.

Use fresh ingredients

Seasoning is an art, ensure you taste as you go

Store your food properly especially in the fridge to avoid strange smells from the fridge.

Plate your food well, Make your food look good, we eat with our eyes first before tasting with our mouths 😜

Sometimes be adventurous with your cooking, Try out new spices and flavors. You may just nail yourself a unique recipe 😜

DON'TS

Don’t mix raw meat/fish with ready-to-eat food, to avoid
cross-contamination.

Cook food as it should be cooked. Don’t overcook (eg. Vegetables) or undercook( eg. Meat)

Don’t oversalt your food, it ruins the entire efforts.

Don’t waste food, keep leftovers in the fridge.

Avoid serving food in a very careless manner.

HOW TO PROPERLY START YOUR DAY
Hydrate: Drink a glass of water to properly kick start your system.

Breathe/ Pray: Take some minutes to Pray, meditate, do some deep breathing exercises, or make some positive affirmation, over your life and the day ahead.

Exercise/workout: Try to Stretch or do a quick physical movement. This helps to activate your body for the day's task ahead.
Take some more water after exercising.

Go and do your rest room business, offload, 😜refresh and finally

If you are not on fasting, take your breakfast and go about your other day's activities.
