De todas las tonterías lindas que hacemos en diseño gráfico, a veces, ciertos trabajos tienen otra dimensión. Este trata de una mujer, Sonja Berg, y su gente. Tuvieron que emigrar forzadamente tres veces: Johannesburgo (Revolución de Octubre), Berlín (Na**smo), San Petersburgo (Apartheid), por razones políticas, guerras, y armar una vida en cada una de estas locaciones espacio-tiempo. Su hija estaba en la muestra, sus amigos, su gente. Retocar sus fotos, plantear las imágenes en el plano, tiene otra sustancia, otra dimensión. Dignificar vidas comunes, deseos, dolor, días, nimiedades, sin mito o deificaciones, sencillamente lo que va llenando nuestros días, y esos capítulos o momentos que permanecen subrayados en neón dentro nuestro.

Of all the beauties we engage in graphic design, sometimes, certain works have another dimension. This one is about a woman, Sonja Berg, and her people. They had to emigrate forcibly three times: Johannesburg (October Revolution), Berlin (Na**sm), St. Petersburg (Apartheid), for political reasons, wars, and build a life in each of these space-time locations. Her daughter was in the exhibit, her friends, her people. Retouching her photos, framing the images, has a different substance, another dimension. Dignifying common lives, desires, pain, days, trivialities, without myth or deifications, simply what fills our days, and those chapters or moments that remain highlighted in neon within us.
