My new video for my relaxation project "10 to Chill"
I wrote this as an experiment in stress management and the effect of music on the body. ( features: cello, bass, viola, and piano)
The track gradually should lower your heart rate to about 57 bpm. It starts at 90 and slowly brings it down. Furthermore, I use the same pattern over and over again to bring the listener into a meditative state. Both together should produce deep relaxation.
The track features strings and piano. It is closer to classical music in the choice of instruments. However, its structure is a hypnotic trance like style. The use of the same pattern over and over with slight variations and the change of tempo is designed to bring the listener into a meditative state. Good for relaxation, massage, meditation, sleep, insomnia, mental focus, anger reduction, and just listening for the fun of it.
