“It’s the same rain you loved that drowned you”

When we love, we forget about our destinies. We forget everything that defined us- Our principles, our rules, our views. We dream during the day and play with fire at night. Everyone keeps telling us that it’ll burn us, but we can only see its warmth. We start hating the person for the exact thing that brought us closer to them. It’s the same rain that we loved that drowns us. It’s the same people. It’s the same weather. It’s the same passion.

But I’ve heard that you keep your heart protected. You haven’t let anyone come close to it for years and you understand the vulnerabilities of destiny. You have once forgotten someone and you enjoyed that freedom so much that you choose to stay with it or you were scared? I’ve written so many letters to you. I’ve had countless sleepless nights thinking about you. Perhaps you’re that rain for me.

“Raat mein toot’ta tara dekha, bilkul mere jaisa tha,
Chand ko koi faraq nahi pada, bilkul tere jaisa tha.”

What is better- to understand that destiny plays its part or to burn ourselves in the fire that brings the best out of us? Franz Kafka kept destroying himself and wrote all his pain in letters. We are here, reading his letters, appreciating him, and sending love to the universe. But there must be someone at that time who was living a happy life with his family- we don’t remember him.

We can only hurt the people who love us. So this is for you, whom I could never hurt-

“Tumne naraz hona hi chhod diya,
Itni narazgi bhi achhi nahi.”

In life, the hardest moments often carry the greatest lessons. The pain, confusion and uncertainty we face are not there to break us but to reveal our strength. Those silent struggles and sleepless nights slowly shape us into wiser more grounded versions of ourselves. We may not realize it in the moment but every challenge is guiding us towards clarity growth and deeper understanding. Instead of holding on to regret or wishing certain things never happened we can choose to see how far we have come. There is something incredibly powerful about turning your pain into wisdom and your wounds into strength. That is where healing begins.

We live in a world where we place our trust in strangers every day without a second thought. Whether it's the person steering the bus through traffic or the unseen pilot guiding a plane through the sky, we surrender control because we believe the journey is being handled. But when it comes to the path of our own lives, we often let fear and doubt take the wheel. True peace begins when we realize that the unfolding of our life is not random. There is a higher wisdom guiding every turn, every pause, and every acceleration. Just like we sit back and let the driver do their job, we can also ease into life with the calm assurance that everything is unfolding with purpose. Let go of the constant need to control and begin to rest in the quiet strength of trust.

Not every interaction is just physical. Some people carry peace while others carry pain and chaos. When someone enters your space, they don’t just touch your skin, they touch your energy too. Our bodies may seem separate but our energies constantly interact. This is why after being around certain people, you feel uplifted and calm, while with others you feel drained or heavy. Protect your energy like you protect your health. Be intentional about who you allow close to you, because their energy can influence your thoughts, your mood, and even your emotional well-being. Choose connections that bring light, calm, and balance to your spirit.

Despite what you may have heard online, a massive study of 45.7 million people just found that heart attacks and strokes *decreased* after COVID-19 vaccination.

🧪 The Results:

After 1st dose:
10% lower risk of arterial thromboses (heart attacks, strokes)

After 2nd dose or booster:
20% drop for Pfizer
27% drop for AstraZeneca

⚠️ Yes, some rare side effects like myocarditis and clotting disorders were confirmed — but they were extremely rare, and mainly occurred within weeks of the shot. Meanwhile, COVID-19 infection itself greatly increases cardiovascular risk for all people infected and death risk for older individuals and those with immune issues.

🗣️ Study author Dr. Samantha Ip says:
“This offers further support for the effectiveness and safety of the COVID-19 vaccination programme.”

Copper, found in foods like mushrooms and lentils, helps reduce cognitive impairment as we age, research reveals.

A new study suggests that copper, a trace mineral found in many common foods, may play a vital role in keeping our brains sharp as we age.

Researchers from Hebei Medical University analyzed the diets and cognitive test scores of 2,420 older U.S. adults and found that those who consumed more copper performed better across several cognitive measures.

The sweet spot?

About 1.22 milligrams of copper per day—roughly the amount found in a handful of walnuts or a bowl of lentils. The findings are particularly notable among individuals with a history of stroke, where copper's brain-protective benefits may be even more pronounced.

While the study relied on self-reported dietary data, which has its limitations, it adds weight to earlier research linking copper to neuron communication and brain energy production. However, the researchers caution that more isn’t necessarily better—too much copper can be harmful, potentially contributing to oxidative stress and neurodegeneration. Still, this study underscores the growing interest in how micronutrients like copper may help slow cognitive decline in aging populations. As rates of dementia and Alzheimer’s continue to rise globally, insights like these may shape future dietary guidelines for brain health.
