We couldn't end a week of our favourite atrium photos without a snap of the Grand Lobby on Cunard Queen Mary 2, taken during our transatlantic cruise in October last year 🚢⚓️

Like so many spots on QM2, the elegant Grand Lobby is like stepping into a different era. Between the sweeping staircases and those unmistakable art deco touches, it's the heart of the ships timeless charm.

You can often find live music from a pianist or a string quartet here in the evenings, setting the mood for a relaxing evening at sea 🎹🎻

Today's atrium photo is the stunning multi-level Grand Plaza on Celebrity Cruises Apex, taken during our cruise in July 24 🚢

Located midship, this bustling space was our absolute home-base. We basically lived there: starting the day with a perfect latte in Café al Bacio, enjoying an incredible dinner at Fine Cut Steakhouse and (of course) over-indulging in cocktails at the Martini Bar most evenings! 🍸🙈

Celebrity is easily our favourite cruise line so far and we're already counting down to our next cruise with them this summer ☀️

Another day, another atrium 🤩

Today we are taking a moment to look back at the heart of P&O Cruises Aurora from our last cruise on her in 2023 🚢

There is something truly timeless about this space. From the elegant tiers to that iconic waterfall statue standing front and centre - it's an impressive view whichever level you're on ❤️

From Queen Victoria's traditional Grand Lobby yesterday to the futuristic World Galleria on MSC Cruises World Europa today! 🤩

As the beating heart of the ship, it feels more sci-fi film than cruise ship. It's definitely a departure from tradition but on a mega ship of this scale, it just works 🚢

Missing the Mediterranean Vitamin Sea already! 🌊☀️

After a lovely week sailing on Marella Cruises Explorer 2 in April, we weren’t quite ready to head home, so a post-cruise stay in Palmanova was the perfect way to keep the holiday vibes going.

There’s nothing like that crystal clear water and mountain backdrop to clear the head before flying home back to reality 🤩

Happy Friday, folks! ⚓️

It’s a new month, which means our next cruise countdown is officially on! In just a few weeks, we’ll be back at sea for our next adventure. 🙌🏻

This time, we’re stepping aboard Ambition for our very first experience with Ambassador Cruise Line. We won't be venturing too far this time, staying closer to home with a beautiful itinerary through the UK and France 🇬🇧🇫🇷.

A beautiful sunset on Marella Cruises Explorer 2 during our Med cruise earlier this month 🌅🚢

We have a standard routine in the evenings on a cruise ship.... dinner followed by a walk out on deck, before we hit the bars or the theatre.

It's a strategy that serves us well. We get to waddle some of the evening meal off + we get to see some fantastic sunsets, like this one 😍

Making the most of our port day in Palamós 🇪🇸 during our Med cruise on Marella Cruises Explorer 2 earlier this month 🚢

We found the perfect archway to frame this view—and of course, Dean found the perfect spot to take five during our long walk along the beach! ⛱️

As you can see, you don't need to go far from the ship in this port to enjoy the local beach! 😍

Looking back at our embarkation day on Marella Cruises Explorer 2 earlier this month 🚢✨

There’s just something about that first walk around the deck, taking in the views before the ship starts to move ☀️

Honestly, scrolling through all of our photos has us wishing we were back on that top deck right now setting off on another cruise adventure!
