This 21-day walking challenge is completely FREE.
All you need to do is show up for yourself for 45 minutes every day.
No gym required.
No treadmill required.
Just your commitment.

Here are the rules:
âś” Walk 45 minutes every day
âś” Post a short video of yourself walking in the WhatsApp group daily
âś” Show proof that you completed 45 minutes (smartwatch, phone timer, step counter, etc.)
⚠If you don’t post your proof for 3 days, you will be removed from the group.
This challenge is not about being slim or fat.
It’s about building movement into our daily lives as women.
Start where you are.
Maybe today you can only do 20 minutes.
Tomorrow 30 minutes.
But by the end of this challenge, 45 minutes will become your new normal.
And if you don’t have a treadmill, don’t worry — I will show you exactly how to walk in place and still complete your 45 minutes.
