Two Artists. No concrete masterplan.
Two DJs hauling records, throwing their own parties, burning through nights nobody was tracking. University. Commercial gigs. Too many flights. Somewhere in there, friendship turned into chemistry. The kind you can’t manufacture in a boardroom.
Today, that’s Felix and Florian. They run Wilderness Studios together. Co-founders and co-CEOs. No hierarchy, just trust and a shared history that outlasted the industry’s usual reinvention cycle.
That’s the DNA of the studio, too. Open-format. Genre-agnostic. No lane, no box, no algorithm-friendly niche. The instinct to be present in the moment remains their purpose, experimenting more their compass and trusting the process their motivation.
Tucked into the mountains in Nassereith, Tyrol, they’re still reading the room. Just a bigger one now.
