Die lang erwartete vierte EP von Jangoony ist endlich da! 🤩

Release day ⚜️

Mit marigold dürfen wir euch unsere 4. EP präsentieren, für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir waren immer schon eine Band die vieles selbst macht.
Marigold ist aber die aller erste Veröffentlichung, die wir komplett in Eigenregie produziert haben. Von der Komposition, über die Aufnahmen, bis zum Mixing und Mastering. Unser Ziel war den Sound persönlicher und realer zu gestalten. Darum haben wir den Großteil der EP auch live recorded. Es sollte so klingen, wie wir uns im Proberaum selbst hören.

2021 - Slooga - Jumpin‘

„Jumpin’ ist eine Sammlung von sechs energiegeladenen Bluesrock Nummern, welche die musikalische Bandbreite von Slooga ideal abbildet. Bei den meisten Songs handelt es sich um Eigenkompositionen im Stil der 70er Jahre mit starken rockigen und modernen Einflüssen. Als Coverversion findet man eine Interpretation des Albert King Klassikers „Born Under A Bad Sign“, dem Slooga ihre ganz persönliche Note verleihen. Das ausdrucksstarke und virtuose Gitarrenspiel von Bandleader Mario R. Sluga, gemeinsam mit einer charismatischen Stimme, stehen im Zentrum von Jumpin‘. Die EP entstand im Rahmen von drei verschiedenen Aufnahmesessions im Raum St. Pölten, und enthält unter anderem einen Live-Mitschitt aus dem Proberaum der Band.“
