pov: out of office, but still at work 🏔️

end of june my friend texted me if i wanted to model for the 살로몬 코리아 fw26 campaign & i obviously had to say yes. another 2 good friends of mine were on set to shoot the film paul cito härting felixpow and if there is one thing i enjoy most about what i get to do, it’s definitely working together with my actual friends 🫂

last key session before my next race ⛰️

30k. 1500m up.
doing more than 1000m of elevation gain in vienna is a challenge. a couple of sections were not really meant for running. bushes included. mapping skills need work

actually had the worst sleep last night. four and a half hours. nose completely stuffed mid sleep which made me wake up. probably from allergies + cold air. honestly did not want this session and skipping it or pushing it back was tempting, but i checked rhr & hrv, looked fine, so i went. heart rate stayed normal the whole time. really happy and proud that i got the session done.
