🎞 In their feature film debut, Filmmakers Nicola von Leffern and Jakob Carl Sauter – who won the K3 Audience Award for Short Film in 2019 – sensitively explore the deep-seated repercussions of the devastating explosion in the port of Beirut in August 2020 – the largest non-nuclear explosion in human history.

🔊The result is a cinematic mosaic of tragic beauty – in which also the soundtrack by the Austrian duo HVOB emerges as a vital protagonist in the relentless struggle to believe in a better future.

👉 Nicola von Leffern and Jakob Carl Sauter are present at the screening.

🗣 The screening will be held in original language with German subtitles.
