Our very first baked banana pancake. ❤️ Sabi ko itry ko nga base sa nakita kong pagbake ni Jessy ng pancake nung night duty kami sa work. Grabe lang ang tagal, di na natikman ni Marko bago nagpuntang Kindergarten, ito sana breakfast nya. Hehe.
Whole wheat flour ginamit ko. Basta yung mga good for GERD. Pero at some part I put some peanut butter & fruit jam inspired by Jessy. 😊

These are my alarms for my work & sideline/ investment. I asked God to bless it so it would prosper cause I wanna give more to Him for His works & cause I don’t really like denying people asking for help. He answered my prayer. I saw the wins, di ko pa hawak sa kamay ko, but He also tested me agad. I was laughing when thinking & talking to Him about it. But I am happy. I can really feel His presence. I am glad that I can serve Him this way. ❤️

When facing a vast problem, always remember this when you praise & pray. Nothing is impossible with God. His love endures forever!
Tinatamad akong lumabas pumuntang church at bukod sa dinaramdam ko eh my night duty pa ako and nakakapanghina ang weather. Dami talaga dahilan noh 😅. But I’m glad we went. It’s always good to be reminded.

Me: Ang galing naman ng asawa ko ah.
Marko: Dein asawa ist nicht gut. (Ang asawa mo ay hindi magaling.)

I’m glad na hindi picky ang batang ito. And his favourite is breakfast. Cause he loves bread. Kahit pa tinapay buong araw yan. 😅

Dahil my iniinda tayong chronic reflux which led to malalang heartburn, nausea & diziness e I tried making this. Oats with natural 0,1% fat joghurt, mix with fruit jam, banana & cashew nuts. Ang asim ng combination nung joghurt & home made fruit jam! 🤣. Next time ok na ang plane oats heated with milk, konting honey & fruits. Nakalimutan ko nga ihalo yung melon din. 😅

Btw, unli for 1hour na lang ang kape sa Ikea. Baka pati ang juice. Need mo iscan yung code para makakuha ng inumin. Yung iba naman kasi nangaabuso. My dala pang lalagyan. 😅

Galing ako pumirma ng gagawing gastroscopy soon. To ease my fatigue, I planned to shop today. So ito na nga, dahil kasama ko asawa ko e sa Ikea na kami nagpunta at napadami ako ng bili ng mabibigat. Kahit alam ko ano to pero excited akong mag unwrap at maghugas at gamitin. 😅

My mistake always is yung dahil sa sobrang katuwaan eh lapat na lapat ang ilong at labi ko sa pagamoy ng bulaklak kapag nakikita ko sa break room namin tas saka ko iisipin na sana hindi galing sa patient room. 😅
- DO NOT bring flowers that stayed in your hospital room ‼️
