🎼✨ NEUE KOMPOSITIONEN FÜR “RISING STARS – TALENTS FOR PEACE” Mozarteum Salzburg – 14. Dezember 2025 ✨🎼
Mit großem Stolz kündigen wir an, dass der brillante mexikanische Komponist Venus Rey Jr. zwei neue Arrangements eigens für unser Konzert geschaffen hat:
„El Ángel de Santa Cecilia“ und das „Aleluya“ aus der Misa Guadalupana – Werke, die am 14. Dezember im Mozarteum Salzburg im Rahmen des Projekts Rising Stars – Talents for Peace erklingen werden.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit Venus Rey Jr. – einem sinfonischen Komponisten, Schriftsteller und Schöpfer eines tiefgründigen und leuchtenden musikalischen Gesamtwerks – verleiht diesem Projekt einen neuen geistigen und künstlerischen Puls.
Seine Musik, aufgeführt in bedeutenden Konzertsälen der ganzen Welt, erinnert uns daran, dass Kunst die Kraft hat, zu verbinden, zu erheben und zu versöhnen.

Ein Künstler, dessen Werk von der Carnegie Hall bis zum Vatikan, von Moskau bis Brasília, von Rom bis nach Mexiko-Stadt gereist ist.

🌟 El Ángel de Santa Cecilia
Ein Werk, das den Moment heraufbeschwört, in dem Valerian – verwandelt durch Glauben und Liebe – zum ersten Mal den Engel erblickt, der die heilige Cäcilia, die Patronin der Musik, beschützte.
Das Arrangement, das im Mozarteum erklingen wird, wurde speziell für unsere Interpret*innen geschaffen.
🌟 Aleluya – Misa Guadalupana
Ein Moment der Bitte und des inneren Lichts.
Ursprünglich für großes Orchester, gemischten Chor und Sopran komponiert, hat Venus Rey Jr. für uns eine intime Fassung des eröffnenden Abschnitts gestaltet – eigens für dieses Konzert.
Wir fühlen uns zutiefst geehrt, seine Kunst in dieser Ausgabe des Projekts präsentieren zu dürfen.

Im Rahmen einer Kooperation mit Bühnenreif Agentur Deutschland

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
für eine neue künstlerische Produktion suchen wir einen Tenor afrikanischer, afroamerikanischer oder afro-diasporischer Herkunft, idealerweise mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland oder Österreich, der über die vokalen und darstellerischen Voraussetzungen für die anspruchsvolle Partie des Otello verfügt.
Gesucht wird ein Künstler, der professionell etabliert, jedoch noch nicht international im Rampenlicht steht. Entscheidende Kriterien sind eine spinto– bis dramatische Tenorstimme, überzeugende Bühnenpräsenz sowie die Bereitschaft zu einer engeren künstlerischen Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen eines internationalen Projekts, das musikalische Exzellenz und kulturelle Verständigung verbindet.

Tenor afrikanischer, afroamerikanischer oder afro-diasporischer Herkunft

Wohnsitz in Europa, bevorzugt Deutschland oder Österreich

What an unforgettable evening we lived at the magnificent St. James’s Piccadilly in London. Our Peace Concert blossomed like a quiet vow in the heart of the city, carried by the artistry and courage of our Rising Stars.

Warmest congratulations to these extraordinary young musicians, who revealed not only remarkable excellence but also a human depth and drive that illuminated every phrase they offered. It was a joy and an honor to host you. Our special thanks to The Classical Music Company for their support and trust to make this Production, to the St. James’s Picchadilly Church, to the Universal Peace Federation as well as to our sponsors and supporters for making this possible.

Commemorating Remembrance Day with the nation’s symbolic red flower added a tender thread of memory to the night, reminding us why we gather, why we sing, and why peace remains a promise worth renewing. My heartfelt thanks to our wonderful audience for embracing that spirit with us.

Mozart Requiem – FUERZA MÉXICO
A Historic Live Concert Recording from Vienna Available from 25. April 2025

Vienna, Austria — The powerful and emotional live concert Mozart Requiem – Fuerza México is from 25. April officially released as a digital album, preserving a moving musical tribute that brought together two nations in solidarity through art and compassion.

The concert was performed on November 21, 2017, at the Jesuit Church in Vienna, as a benefit event for the victims of the devastating earthquake that struck Mexico earlier that year.

The initiative was led by Mexican soprano Neivi Martinez, an artist signed with Universal Music and resident in Vienna. Supported by the Mexican artistic community in the city, the project was made possible thanks to the generous collaboration of volunteer musicians, singers, technicians, and with the invaluable support of Maestro Christian Birnbaum, members of the Wiener Symphoniker, the Consortium Musicum Choir and Orchestra, and a cast of outstanding soloists. Together, they brought to life a moving musical tribute in the spirit of solidarity and international friendship.

The performance featured:
Neivi Martinez, Pablo Cameselle, Eva María Santana, Günter Haumer
with the Consortium Musicum Choir and Orchestra under the direction of Christian Birnbaum.

The concert’s emotional impact resonated deeply with audiences. The funds raised contributed directly to rebuilding efforts in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, Oaxaca, and helped reactivate the local economy through the Jesuit Mission and the civil society organization Una Mano para Oaxaca.

With this album release, we aim to immortalize the historic spirit of that night — a moment where music served as a bridge of brotherhood between countries. This recording is a tribute to everyone who made the concert possible and an invitation to continue supporting social development programs in Mexico.
