Vienna symposium and workshop 2017

Prerequists:
1- A resume and personal photo of the artist with some photos of his/her works are to be sent via Email to ([email protected])
2- A copy of the passport
3- A 5 lines brief description about the artistic style of the artist in Arabic and English languages.
4- The resume has to be sent before the 25th of February 2017
5- The participating fee is 880 Euro or what is equivalent in US dollars.
6- For companions a full participating fee is to be paid
7- Accommodation in the hotel in a double room, breakfast and lunch meals are included. In case of wishing for a single room 250 euro is to be paid. Extra accommodation–before or after the event- will cost 200 euro per person per day.
8- The fees are to be paid to the association´s bank account before the 30th of February 2017.
9- After receiving the total fees the administration will send an invitation to each artist to facilitate the visa issuing process.
10- If an artist didn’t manage to participate in the event for any reason after paying the fees, he/she is able to participate in any other event within the same year
11- The workshop´s outcome and products are the administration´s property.
12- The Artist Manal Mehasab Hofer is the only representative of the association ART MMH through direct contact.

14- The event´s Host and organization are not responsible for any other person or association other than the mentioned.
The Host´s responsibilities:
1- Accommodation in a 4 star hotel in Vienna in a double room, Breakfast and Lunch meals.
2- A private bus for transportation in Vienna.
3- The workshop offers stands and supporting tools for painting in various sizes and some colors and the artist should bring his personal tools as Brushes, colors and inks etc..
4- A catalog will be published including the art works of the artists and their resumes in one of the biggest printing companies in Austria with the best quality standards.
Publicity and announcement for the artists.
Granting Certificates of Appreciation Stamped with the Seal of the Austrian association ART MMH which is specialized in art courses and workshops and organizing international art events.
5- After the exhibition a musical concert will take place and golden medals to all the participants will be given.
Goals of International symposium ART 4 ART May 2017 Vienna
1- Providing full technical support to artists in the symposium through art workshops, General exhibition and the publicity in the press and professional video shooting.
Also publishing a catalog including the resume of the artist and distributing it in European international galleries and museums so that the Europeans get to know the artists and their works.
2- Exchanging experiences through the art workshops in the international symposium.
3- Getting introduced to artists from various countries to enrich each one´s art by attending the workshop, staying in the same hotel, site seeing and visiting museums.
4- Cultural integration between artists divided by different languages, cultures and ethnicity to be united by the language of art.
5- Introducing the artist in an appropriate image to the Austrian community which is interested in art generally by hosting multiple guests from Austria and Europe in the exhibition opening.
6- Visiting various museums and site seeing in Vienna can be very profiting for the cultural and touristic interests of each artist.
