Congratulations to Ben Green who was the successful candidate for Paddy's Ranges Ward in the Central Goldfields Shire Council elections.
Commiserations to Chris Meddows-Taylor and our thanks for all your hard work during your time as our local Councillor.
We wish Ben Green all the best and hope that he will do his utmost to support our ward and all of the Central Goldfields Shire Council.

Today we went along to the annual Melbourne Cup long weekend opening of the Possum Gully Fine Arts Gallery hosted by Trish Walsh.
I highly recommend a visit with your family.
Beautiful artwork by some local artists and a lovely maintained colourful garden for you to get lost in and live music playing for your enjoyment.
The opening was a huge success and was enjoyed by all who attended.
It is open from 11am till 4pm each day over this Melbourne Cup long weekend. Please make an effort to support local artists. Jacquie

As of today Saturday 14th September three Central Goldfield Shire residents have nominated as candidates for Paddy's Ranges Ward.
Gregory Corcoran, Chris Meddows-Taylor, who has already been a councillor several times and Ben Green.

Let's hear what they are going to do for us.

UPDATE -

Our sincere apologies to Mr Ben Green for erroneously stating that he had withdrawn his nomination as a candidate for the Paddy's Ranges Ward in the upcoming Central Goldfields Shire Council election.
My statement was as a result of a glitch in the Victorian Electoral Commission website and I unreservedly apologise to Mr Green for this mistake.
We wish all candidates the best of luck.
