📢NEWS!📢 Umbrella Entertainment has announced SA made video game PRO JANK FOOTY as the very first title of their new games distribution arm! Powerbomb Games' AFL-inspired comedy game is the brainchild of SA creatives David Ashby and Dario Russo with SA developer Tyler Roach and made its public debut at the SAFC's SA Game Exhibition (SAGE) 2025, where it won Best in Exhibition.

Umbrella is moving into games distribution, kicking off with 'Pro Jank Footy', an AFL-inspired comedy title.

📢NEWS!📢 SA producer Bettina Hamilton has spearheaded the creation of The Mercury's new Hamilton Health & Safety Fund, a new initiative designed to lift safety and wellbeing standards in SA short film productions. Supported by Black Cat White Rabbit Productions and the Hanlon Larsen Screen Fellowship, the fund will have $8,000 available each year to assist with expenses like safety supervisors, first aid kits and training, intimacy coordinators and access coordinators.
