Dear feminine within
I'm here now ready to pause
I hear your screams, your rage, your grief. The mess you see before you. I hear your pleas of why won't this end.
In your face I see the toll it has taken of you.
To perform and make everyone see you are fine.
Yet underneath you are not.
You are drowning and have ignored that call to heal that part of you.
Too much to carry she whispers, to much to feel she screams, yet she just wants that safety.
She has reached out so many times to others yet this ache inside her just amplifies.
If others can see beauty why can't she
If others can feel her love she gives why can't she feel it for herself
Why does she replay that broken record again and again in her mind
Why is she like this
Why does she see another version of her that is distorted and ugly inside
Why does she fear that she is darkness
