🙏 A Prayer from Afar for Those Affected by Typhoons Opong and Ragasa 🙏
God of mercy and comfort, though I am far from the storms, my heart is close to those in their path. I lift up to You the people of the Philippines and other nations who are enduring the winds of Typhoon Opong
and recovering from the wreckage left by Ragasa. Lord, be their shield in this time of crisis. Cover them with protection, provide for their needs, and strengthen their spirits. Send peace where there is fear, healing where there is hurt, and hope where there is loss. May they feel love, even from strangers, even from far away. Move hearts across the world to help, to give, and to pray.
Let Your presence be known in every shelter, hospital, and ruined home. Though I cannot be there, I entrust them into Your hands. You are the God who is near to the brokenhearted, wherever they are. In faith, I pray, Amen.
