If we’re going to give your content 110%, we need to make sure our team is feeling 110%. As creatives, our minds are our biggest asset. And just like athletes, we need to keep those creative muscles trained! That’s why we’re making our mental health a core part of our physical routine.

The Motion by Design team has officially begun our weekly team gym sessions to prove that an energized body leads to better creative output. It’s not just about heavy lifting and sweating it out - it's about freeing up headspace and giving ourselves that crucial time away from the desk to reset, recharge and return with a fresh perspective.
