今天抽空聽了第三天的工作坊,
依然是滿滿的收穫。
第一天,是認識現在的自己;
第二天,是回頭看見過去,理解潛意識裡的自己;
而今天,開始學著認識未來的自己。
未來的你,想成為什麼樣的人?
想擁有怎樣的生活?
又想為這個世界創造什麼樣的價值?
這一切,其實都要先從一件事開始!
面對自己的恐懼,並且願意戰勝它。
每個人都有不一樣的恐懼。
而我的恐懼很真實:
拖延、三分鐘熱度、無法長期堅持,還有對失敗的害怕。
所以有時候,我會選擇不去面對、不去執行,
但相對地,人生也就停在原地,沒有改變。
而現在的我,
開始慢慢看清這些模式,也開始嘗試改變。
這真的不容易,
也不可能一天就做到。
它是一點一滴、一天一天的選擇與堅持,
慢慢地,變成習慣,
也慢慢地,成為更好的自己。
這幾天的工作坊,
確實為我的生活帶來了一些改變。
不巨大,卻很真實。
今天開始,
只要比昨天前進一點點,
比昨天更好一些些,
就已經很棒了 🌱✨

Today, I made some time to listen to Day 3 of the workshop, and once again, it was incredibly rewarding.
Day 1 was about getting to know who we are now.
Day 2 was about understanding our past and the subconscious patterns that shape us.
And today, it’s about meeting our future self.
Who do you want to become?
What kind of life do you want to live?
What kind of value do you want to create?
It all begins with one thing —
facing your fears and choosing to overcome them.
Everyone has different fears.
For me, they show up as procrastination, losing motivation too quickly,
struggling to stay consistent, and the fear of failure.
Sometimes, because of that fear, I choose not to face things or take action —
and when that happens, life simply stays the same.
Lately, I’ve started to see these patterns more clearly,
and more importantly, I’ve begun to gently change them.
This isn’t easy.
And it’s definitely not something that happens in a single day.
It’s about small steps, taken consistently, day by day.
Over time, those steps turn into habits,
and those habits shape a better version of ourselves.
These past few days of the workshop have truly brought small but meaningful changes into my life.
Starting today,
moving just a little forward,
being just a little better than yesterday —
that is already something to be proud of 🌱✨
