"You don't get harmony when everyone sings the same note"~Doug Floyd

This quote might sound like it's encouraging people to be different.

But harmony is really an important and special form of unity, it’s about unifying different elements into one!

To make harmony in music you have to know the right notes, not sing or play too loud or too soft, play at the same tempo etc. You can all follow the conductor or teacher or sometimes you can listen to and support the other players without a conductor.

Henry Ford who created the Ford Motor Company and was father of the modern assembly line is another example. He was not formally educated but created an extremely successful enterprise. He was known to have people around him to answer questions in their particular area of expertise. If a question came up at a meeting he could just turn around and get the answer... He used harmony.

Let’s make the harmony happen not just in musicđŸŽ¶.. but in our lives

Investing in a ukulele program might seem like a bad idea, but
.
The Fun Music Ukulele Curriculum System isn’t like all the other programs you’ve already tried!!

Our fun step-by-step on-demand lessons give children success from the start at mastering a musical instrument without even realising they’re practicing!

Starting from the very first lessons, children learn to play both chords and melodies, tune their own instrument and play in time with their classmates!

Teachers use this program because it aligns nicely with any performance and playing component of the curriculum and as the students' skills advance with the program, the program becomes more technical.
(but the students can’t tell because they think it’s just getting more interesting!)

And that’s why we have a FREE Teaching Ukulele Email Series which gives you access to our FREE resources that you can take straight to your classes.

Still on the fence? Here's what other teachers are saying:

"As with your other resources I have purchased in the past - the ukulele resource is fantastic!! The kids have been totally engaged!! "

"I've been really interested to see how the young ones would handle the learning of playing melodies with your program. I've been really impressed with my Year 3 students and how they are picking up the melody playing. We have completed the first 10 lessons and all the children love the song and the ensemble is coming along nicely."

"Awesome! As soon as we were into the second song, they said.... "so where is the knocking?"lol obviously it is a big hit :) "

"Gave my first ukulele lesson last week using the Ukulele Curriculum System and it was fantastic! You are so right with your advice to teach in small steps. Can’t wait for my next lesson with the students. Thank you so much for developing this system and being so supportive along the way."

" I know this resource is targeted for grades 3-6 but I think it works basically on many levels for interested students that are excited to learn to play ukulele with a solid foundation of the playing technique.I like the works sheets and different modes as well. The book has been great even for my substitute teachers that come into the classroom. "

"First, I don't have enough words to express my love of your ukulele program! My 2nd-5th grade children LOVE it!Again, THANKS SO MUCH for what I believe is the best ukulele curriculum on the market!"

🎈Happy Birthday Fun Music Co!! 🎈
It was October 18 years ago- Who would have ever guessed back in 2006 that the music programs and games we created over our own teaching career would have evolved to help so many people today.

Back then, we were expecting the birth of our baby girl and working in the basement of our parents house after finishing up at our music school when we put the finishing touches on our first ever online music game resource called “Printable Music Games”

At the time we thought it was a one-off idea and that’s when we realized there was more to create because teachers needed more than just lesson ideas and that’s how we were inspired to start the Fun Music Company and create our -6 FunMusicCurriculum online program as it is today.

So far, we’ve been celebrating by having some FUN mailing list celebrations!! Not only have our fellow music teachers been enjoying the best deals of the YEAR this past week, we've also made a PLAYLIST of video lessons that represent the last 18 years online and little “gem” ideas that you can bring to your classes.💎

There’s a bit of everything in there...some of the triumphs, a few cringes, some old videos, some new - and all kinds of things we’ve learned along the way.

The good news is you can still join the FREE Fun Music value videos PLAYLIST and get free access here: https://bit.ly/40isUkz đŸ„ł
