A few weeks back I was privileged to speak with a group of 50 young artists as part of GARAGEBAND, ahead of their performance next month. What an incredible afternoon it was, hearing about their individual journeys so far and dreams for the future. (Even got to chat about Kneecap with a very cool drummer ✌) The program equips young people with likeminded peers and helps to create a realistic experience of artistic performances. Suggestions on how to prep, backline, invoicing... finishing with a series of actual live public performances in the CBD - May 17th Adelaide. But after everything, they mostly wanted to talk about how excited they were about their own new music and meet other musicians. Fantastic! ARTISTS FOREVERRRRRRRRRRRRR ❤
