Please note that next week's Baby Playgroup time has been changed to 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, this is only for the session on Monday the 11/8/25.

Parenting can feel like a non-stop rollercoaster of emotions and judgements 🎢🥴

It can feel like you never get a break and the momentum takes over. 😳🤯😣

Start small. There is a teeny tiny moment between when the rollercoaster is going down and then back up.

A micro-pause can change the whole experience of the ride. Pause. Breathe. Notice.💨

A micro-moment to shift from judgement and blame of ourselves or child, to a moment of connection, curiosity and compassion.

Connection and curiosity literally release the soothing and feel good chemistry throughout our body. Curiosity blooms in the quiet spaces of our hearts. 💜🧡💛

Surround yourself with compassionate curious thoughts and load up on connection-there are others already on the rollercoaster with you, or who would jump on for the ride! 🏷🤲

Last Week of Term bases sports.
Don't forget to join us for the last week of term based programs.

Home school Hoops, Hills Hoops and Skate lessons will go on a 2 week break.

Mini stars will have a alternative timetable.
Week 1:
Wednesday 9th: 9.30am and 10.30am - 6 month - 5 years
Thursday 10th :9.30am and 10.30am - 6 month - 5 years
Thursday 10th :11.45am - Bubs session (up to 18 months)

Week 2:
Tuesday 15th :9.30am and 10.30am - 6 month - 5 years
Tuesday 15th :11.45am - Bubs session (up to 18 months)
Wednesday 23rd: 9.30am and 10.30am
