We are loving the new Summit Aquatic and Leisure and especially the new splashpad which is currently a beautiful 32 degrees. Open 7 days, there's options of all abilities.

Pro tip: swim on by before the school holidays/busy period

PSA: we did not get any scratches or abrasions during our visit however gentle play in the water is recommended for the little bubs with softer skin to avoid slips and grazes on the new pool surface.

It’s Invisible Disabilities Week (19–25 October)! 🌻

Around 80–85% of people with a disability have one that isn’t visible. These include neurological, cognitive, sensory, mental health, and chronic conditions that aren’t always immediately apparent.

Not all disabilities are visible — but a little understanding and kindness can go a long way in making everyone feel seen and supported.
