There seem to be quite a few new faces around here lately, so welcome! 👋

I’m Kel, the face behind Virtually Kel.

I support women in fashion, ecommerce and lifestyle brands to get out of the messy middle of business.

You know... the part where you’re trying to be the CEO, customer service manager, content creator, stock controller and admin assistant all at the same time.

In my 45 years on this earth I have owned my own online fashion, jewellery & accessories businesses, I have spent 25+ years in admin and office management, and these days in between mum/wife life, I support business owners to swap chaos for calm.

Everyone loves to say they want growth.

More sales.
More clients.

But then they try to build that growth while still replying to every email, fixing every problem, posting every piece of content, managing every task and carrying every decision alone.

At some point, you have to decide.

Do you want to run the business… or continue being the person holding every single part of it together?

Because the truth is, the version of your business you want next requires support, systems and space.

Not more tabs open.
Not longer hours.
Not surviving on coffee and “I’ll sort it later.”

I mean the thing that’s sitting in the back of your mind at 2am.
