Only if people know you exist.

Social media isn't magic.

It's visibility.

The local café.
The tradie.
The physio.
The bookkeeper.
The accommodation provider.

People are already searching for businesses like yours.

Instagram is testing a new feature and it’s one worth keeping an eye on 👀

Some users are now seeing the option to add multiple captions to a carousel post instead of having one caption across the entire post.

What does that mean?

Each image or video in your carousel can now have its own caption, allowing you to tell a story, explain a process, or guide people through content one swipe at a time.

Before everyone rushes off to redesign their content strategy, remember that Meta often rolls out new features to a small group of users first. They gather feedback, make adjustments, and then gradually release them more broadly.

So if you don’t have this option yet, don’t panic. You haven’t missed anything.

My thoughts? (Other than more to write…)

This could be fantastic for educational content, tutorials, before-and-afters, event recaps and businesses that love storytelling.

But as always, good content comes before new features.

That you need to be posting every single day.

You don't (I do because I can).

You need consistency.

I'd rather see a business post 3 times a week for 12 months than post daily for 2 weeks and disappear for 3 months.

Consistency builds trust.

Trust builds relationships.

Relationships build businesses.

Simple.

If posting daily feels overwhelming, focus on showing up consistently instead.

Your future customers aren't counting how many times you post.
