I don't know how this is going to land, but I'm still going to speak on the topic because I think it's an important one.

This chat isn't meant to be negative, so I'll say this!
I am SO proud of every single person who chooses to show up as their authentic self and be brave enough to build their life around who they truly are.
That is magic to me.

But just don't get lost in needing everyone else to understand it.
They don't have to.
You can exist exactly as you are, build a life that feels right for you, and be an incredible human being without needing everyone around you to understand, agree with or validate it.
And if you find yourself needing that understanding maybe that's the part worth getting curious about.

If this triggers something for you, there genuinely isn't any judgement or intention to upset you. I'd much rather have a conversation about it than make assumptions about each other.

Take it from me, someone who spent a lot of her life in survival mode! Reclaiming your life is a brave thing to do.

For so long, I lived with such a foggy mind because of the things I was going through, that I wasn't even able to realise what I wanted.
I wasn't able to feel safe enough to make those choices.
When you're constantly just trying to get through the day, you don't always get the space to figure yourself out.

Now I'm finally in a place where I can. I'm learning about myself for the first time.
I'm trying things.
I'm changing my mind.
I'm sharing my story.
I'm wearing the outfit.
I'm taking up space.
I'm letting myself be seen and my story be heard.

And honestly it's a beautiful, overwhelming, triggering, intense experience.

So if you're in that stage too, where you're trying to figure out who you are outside of everything you've survived and who you are underneath it all!! I see you.

You don't have to be what happened to you. You can create a new version of you.
You can create a new story.
And you can take your bloody time figuring out what that looks like. You get to decide now.

And I am ao proud of you for all of it my babes
