council loves charging us service upgrades to their infrastructure. Did all the right things to get block subdivided from the house no issues till council said "oh by the way we wont approve it till you upgrade the house sewage".Fyi no issues for over 40 years. Now theyre increasing our rates by 46% ! Nothing like screwing people over cause you spent all our rates $$$. And fyi this is to pay for MIL aged care.

I've used Senegence for over a decade now.And yes Im a sales rep, but dont do shows, markets, etc. I just do it for me. I won't BS you. It's expensive, approx $60 a bottle, BUT it lasts me for 6 months worn daily. As someone who has oily T zone
& hormone issues now (thanks post Menopause) its a game changer as it adapts to my skin.
Not posting to get sales but if keen to try Ill happily order you some samples.
