🌸 Choice Points 🌸

Lately I’ve been catching myself going back into the past…
old thoughts, old patterns, memories, emotions I thought I had already outgrown.

And every time I do, it feels stronger lately,
like the old is fighting for its place,
pulling me back just when I’m ready to move forward.

It’s uncomfortable.
But I’m starting to see it differently now.

Maybe this tug of war isn’t a setback.
Maybe it’s a test of who I’m becoming.
A strengthening of my faith in the new before it fully lands.

Because every time I notice what’s happening,
I have a choice to collapse back into the old story
or to stand rooted in the new one, even when it still feels wobbly.

That’s where character is built.
That’s where alignment deepens.

🌸 The 10.10 portal feels like this exact energy,
a gateway of recalibration, testing our devotion to what we say we want.
It’s not about perfection.
It’s about staying with the process when everything inside you
is tempted to go back to what’s familiar.

🌞 The Identity Costume

The identity you have right now is nothing more than what you absorbed, observed, and internalized as a child, about how the world works, who you are, and what love, safety, and success mean.

From all those early experiences, you created an identity costume made of beliefs, behaviors, and patterns that shaped how you move through life. But underneath all of that, before the stories and conditioning, you were pure awareness. Innocent. Limitless. Like a blank sheet of paper.

If that’s true, then this costume can be changed, deleted, or replaced. You can put on a new one woven from new beliefs, new energy, and new embodiment.

The mistake most of us make is trying to mend the old costume, patching and stitching and endlessly fixing what was never meant to be permanent. But what if instead, you simply chose a new one? One that already fits who you’re becoming.

It’s not always easy because the ego resists the unfamiliar and tries to pull you back to the old ways, simply because that’s what it knows. But just like you once rehearsed your old self, you can practice your new one. Day by day. Thought by thought. Feeling by feeling.

And the beauty is, you always have a choice.
At any moment, you can pause, notice which costume you’re wearing, and decide again.

Step into the new one.
Move as that version.
Speak, feel, and choose from there.

That’s how transformation happens, not by fixing the old, but by embodying the new. 🌻

☀️When you realise that MANIFESTATION is actually taught through Jesus and scripture it becomes an even more powerful practice!

🍇Mark 11:24 states, “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

☀️This verse emphasizes the importance of faith and belief in the manifestation process. It encourages individuals to approach their desires with a sense of assurance and confidence, reinforcing the idea that believing you have already received what you ask for can lead to its fulfillment. It’s a powerful reminder of the connection between faith and the realization of our goals.

✨ Duality & Manifestation ✨

This third-dimensional world we live in is ruled by duality. Light and dark, yin and yang, joy and pain. That’s the nature of 3D.

But here’s the deeper truth, what I call the SoulShine 1-2-3 Truth:
1 – One consciousness, one mind, one God, of whom we are a part and one with
2 – The duality that rules this human experience
3 – The third-dimensional world we live in

When we accept all three, separation dissolves. Duality no longer feels like punishment or threat, it becomes the very way we learn, grow, and expand.

Manifestation is not about erasing the negative. It’s about embracing the whole, finding the light in the darkness, the growth in the challenge, the positive inside the pain.

And when you can enjoy the in-between – the shift from one state into another – life itself becomes miraculous. Not something to solve, but something to experience.

Because in the end, you are the One. The one who creates your life, who decides who you are conscious of being, who chooses the role you want to play in this world. Your perception shapes how you feel about life, and that choice is where true manifestation begins. 🌞🌑✨

✨ Day 30 — 30 Day Challenge ✨

30 days. ✨

When I started this challenge, I wasn’t sure how it would feel to show up every single day. Some posts came easily, others stretched me. But that’s the point — growth happens in the showing up, not in waiting until everything feels perfect.

What I’ve learned through this?
Manifestation isn’t about being polished.
It’s about persistence. It’s about choosing your vision again and again — even when it feels messy, even when it’s uncomfortable.

Over these 30 days, I’ve shared about chakras, identity, vision, and what it means to become the version of you who already lives her dream life.

And if there’s one thing I’ll take with me, it’s this:
✨ I can trust my voice.
✨ I can show up as I am.
✨ I’m becoming more and more unf**kwithable in the process.

This isn’t the end of the journey — it’s just the beginning. 🌿

✨ Loving My Body Through Identity Shifts ✨

For most of my life, I thought body confidence came from fixing what I didn’t like. But I’ve discovered true change happens when I love my body exactly as it is. 🌻

Here’s what works for me:

1️⃣ Identity first – I step into the version of me who already adores her body. From that place I declare: “My body is amazing, divine, and beautiful.”

2️⃣ Finding new evidence – Instead of criticizing, I look for beauty. Not “ugh, my tummy is wobbly” but “wow, how soft and beautiful my tummy is.”

3️⃣ Inner dialogue shift – I let my inner masculine speak love over me: “You are the most beautiful woman to me. I love holding you, I love your body.”

4️⃣ Repetition when doubt shows up – Old thoughts still come in, but I return to this practice and re-anchor in love every time.

💛 The result? I feel more confident, radiant, and grounded. And the more I love my body, the more I naturally find the right tools, movement, and nourishment to support it. My body is changing—not through criticism, but through love.
